Job Description

As a Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing our sales team's performance and managing the projects they are responsible for selling. Your primary focus will be to drive sales effectiveness, improve team productivity, hire top talent, and ensure successful project management from inception to completion. This role is commission-based, offering you the opportunity to earn overrides from your sales team's performance.

Your Responsabilities

Sales Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance team performance.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and development opportunities.
Hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives to ensure a high-performing team.

Project Management:

Oversee the lifecycle of projects that the sales team will be selling, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales and project delivery teams.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Work closely with clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services.

Performance Analysis and Improvement:

Utilize data and analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and project management practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
